Return Policy

• We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
